Transaction process

1.RFQ

①Please send us the drawings of your metal parts (Format: CAD,PDF,JPG, STPD) or sample.

Please tell us the quantity you need, what is the material and any special dimension tolerance you require?
Any special surface finishing?

Our engineers can give customers some suggestions for their design.

Please send drawings to our E-mail at Selina.L@casignals.com.

②Mostly, We will send our quotation by E-mail within 24 hours, If there is some secondary process, such as 
paint or plated, we might need more time to evaluate the final price for you, please wait 

2. Price

Price will be different base on the dimension accuracy require, the finishing and the quantity. We will try our best to offer our customer the best price we can offer. Mean time, we will also provide our customer with the our best service. 

3. Lead time

①Sample time generally is 3-7 working days if it is simple parts.
    Mass time need to be confirmed after we had reviewed your drawings and knew the quantity you need.

②Packing and shipping: Generally, we pack the metal parts by PE bag and carton boxes, 
For weight less than 60kg, we usually send them by Express such as DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT.
If the prodcuts are too heavy, you can consider of shipping them by air or by sea. 

4. After-sale service

We can offer the QC report together with the shipment if you need.
Please check the products carefully one you got them. If there is any defect, please contact us 
firstly, we generally will have some sample in stock for the checking and discuss with customer how to solve 
the problem.
